Account data: your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.

Content data: the prompts, drafts, and other text you submit to the Service so that it can generate and refine writing for you.

Usage and device data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, collected to operate and secure it.

Billing data: where you purchase paid features, the information needed to process payment. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

We use personal data to provide and operate the Service; to generate AI Output in response to your prompts; to authenticate you and secure your account; to process payments; to provide support; to comply with legal obligations; and to maintain and improve the Service.

We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Service); compliance with a legal obligation (for example, accounting); and your consent where specifically requested, which you may withdraw at any time.

To generate Output, your prompts and related content are processed by AI models, which may be operated by third-party sub-processors acting on our instructions under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf — such as hosting, AI model, analytics, and payment providers — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated content as described below.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at [email protected].

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function and, where applicable, for analytics. Where consent is required, we request it before setting non-essential cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you.
